DD collects only the information required to operate a professional dubbing workflow platform, including:

- Studio information: studio name, client license, configuration data

- Uploaded work files: subtitles, reference media, QC attachments
- Technical logs: IP address, access timestamps, browser metadata
- Integration data: OAuth permissions for Google Drive, Dropbox Sign, Slack (optional)
DD does not collect demographic, social profile, or ad-related data.

We use your data strictly to:
- Provide access to the DD4 platform
- Process workflows (casting, QC, delivery, translation, vouchers, etc.)
- Ensure licensing integrity and studio isolation
- Improve reliability, security, and performance
- Send transactional notifications
