Web Accessibility Statement

Dubbing Desk Cloud

Dubbing Desk Cloud (“Dubbing Desk,” “we,” “our,” or “the Platform”) provides subscription-based cloud software for production management and workflow coordination within the dubbing and audio industry.

We are committed to providing a digital experience that is accessible to the broadest possible audience, regardless of ability. Accessibility is an ongoing effort and an important part of our commitment to professional inclusivity.

Scope of This Statement

This statement applies to:

  • The public-facing Dubbing Desk website
  • The subscription and account creation process
  • The authenticated web-based platform accessed by registered users

Our Approach to Accessibility

We make good-faith efforts to align our website and platform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

These guidelines are organized around four core principles: that digital content be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.

Because Dubbing Desk is an interactive, web-based software platform that includes dashboards, forms, file uploads, data tables, and dynamic interface elements, accessibility improvements are implemented progressively as features evolve and as technology reasonably permits.

We periodically review and enhance accessibility as part of our ongoing development process.

Subscription and Account Access

The public website allows prospective users to subscribe to the Platform. Once a subscription is active, users may create and manage workspaces within the authenticated environment.

We strive to ensure that key functionality, including account creation, login, navigation, and core workflow features, is usable via standard web browsers and assistive technologies where reasonably practicable.

User-Submitted Content

Within the authenticated Platform, users may upload and manage content such as scripts, metadata, production assets, and other materials.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accessibility of the Platform interface itself, we cannot guarantee that user-submitted content will always conform to accessibility standards. We encourage users to upload content in accessible formats whenever possible.

If you encounter accessibility barriers related to user-submitted content, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative access where feasible.

Third-Party Services

Dubbing Desk may integrate or link to third-party services (such as payment processors, cloud storage providers, or communication tools) that we do not control. Accessibility compliance for those third-party services is beyond our control.

Accommodations and Alternative Access

If you are unable to access specific content or functionality due to a disability, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to provide information or access in an alternative format where practicable.

Feedback and Contact Information

If you encounter any difficulty accessing any part of the Dubbing Desk website or platform, or if you have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:

Email: info@dubbingdesk.com
(Please include “Accessibility Issue” in the subject line.)

You are not required to disclose the nature of your disability. If possible, please include:

  • The URL or page where the issue occurred
  • A description of the issue
  • The device and browser used
  • Any assistive technology used

Response Timeline

We aim to acknowledge accessibility-related inquiries within five (5) business days and will work in good faith to address concerns as promptly as reasonably practicable.

Commitment to Accessibility

We are committed to ongoing accessibility improvements and to addressing identified barriers as part of our continued development of the Platform.
